About Richard

In the early 1980’s I gained experience working for several residential real estate developers and brokerages who specialized in building and selling single family homes & condominiums. During those years, I worked in marketing, direct sales, site search & selection, and as a sales manager. In 1988, I formed Vanguard Property Group Inc, which became well known for its expertise as a leading Commercial Leasing & Sales Agency in South Jersey. My business partners and I entered the Residential real estate business in 1995. VPG grew to over 60 active agents, and was a top performing brokerage business for 22-years, until its eventual sale to Prudential Fox & Roach in 2010. During my time with Prudential Fox & Roach & its successor Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, I worked extensively in Residential, Commercial, and Distressed Assets on a Team that was ranked Nationally within their organization, which consisted of 40,000+- agents. In 2018, I joined Balsley Losco Realty, a leading Atlantic County Brokerage for the past 65+ years, and continue handling all property types. During my tenure at Balsley Losco Realty, I’ve consistently performed at the highest levels and have been awarded with Circle of Excellence recognition at Bronze/Silver/Gold Levels, along with maintaining a 5-star rating from Customers on Zillow and Realtor.com. AssetVal has me ranked as one of their preferred agents in Atlantic County NJ. Over my 40+ year career, I have personally sold & leased hundreds of millions in property value, and supervised over one billion in property transactions.
